On February 10, 2003 the Policy Advisory Committee (PAC) of the Capital Area Metropolitan Planning Organization (CAMPO) voted to expand our current planning boundary to cover all of Williamson, Travis, and Hays Counties in Central Texas (see attached Map 1).
