State Highway 45 Southwest (SH 45SW) Committee
(created March 25, 2009)

CHARGE:The SH45SW Committee shall become informed on the status of the SH45SW project and evaluate practical options, if any, to move SH45SW more quickly to construction

The Committee shall report to the CAMPO Transportation Policy Board (TPB) by the June 8 meeting any findings or recommendations.

Any recommendations should include a comparison and analysis of the current project (as expressed in the TIP), its timeline and its financing to other options for the project, timeline and/or financing. The TPB will discuss any recommendations at the June 8 meeting and consider potential actions as appropriate

This committee shall conduct its review taking into account current state law, the consent decree and any other applicable law, including federal requirements of fiscal constraint on CAMPO's Transportation Improvement Program. It is not meant to pre-determine or circumvent anything having to do with NEPA or other legal obligations
