Joint Powers Agreement committee

CHARGE: Review and make recommendations regarding those aspects of the Joint Powers Agreement related to membership on the Policy Board and when membership allocations should be evaluated and changed. The committee shall enumerate issues to be considered as part of such an evaluation and changes, if any.
