CHARGE: The charge of the Policy Board Composition Committee is to:
Become educated on the process and timeline to expand the CAMPO boundaries to include Bastrop and Caldwell as recommended by the Joint Powers Agreement Committee;
Recommend a new membership composition for the Transportation Policy Board and corresponding changes to the JPA and bylaws. Recommendations will be presented to the TPB and JPA signatories;
Take into account federal direction regarding regionalism, equitable representation and strong preference for local officials when developing the recommendation.
