Executive Session: Review performance and salary of the CAMPO Executive Director - Executive Session Pursuant to Government Code, Chapter 551, Section 551.074 (Personnel Matters). The Transportation Policy Board will recess to an Executive Session to discuss the FY 2009 job performance of the Executive Director.

2.	Comments will be limited to items not on the agenda. Up to ten individuals may sign up to speak -- each of whom must contact the CAMPO office by 4:30 p.m. on Monday, October 12th.

8.	Discussion and possible action on item(s) related to American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) projects awarded by the CAMPO Transportation Policy Board on June 8, 2009 Reallocation of ARRA funds from previously selected projects to other qualified projects

9.	Discussion and possible action relating to the three alternative growth concepts (i.e., No Build, Trends and Centers) as they relate to the development of the CAMPO 2035 long-range transportation plan
